The situation
A regional EMS agency needed to track controlled substances from receipt through administration and disposal in a way that satisfied DEA requirements and stood up to audit — across multiple stations and shifts.
What we did
We designed and built a NarcBox control system with per-dose tracking, dual-signature workflows, discrepancy alerts, and audit reporting, running on the agency's own infrastructure.
Where it landed
Over ten years the system has managed more than 25,000 individual drugs with a complete, auditable record for every one.
