The situation
A West Virginia volunteer fire department needed to see who was entering the station and the apparatus bays, review incidents on the property, and let officers check the station remotely — without a full-time IT staff to maintain it.
What we did
We designed an Axis IP camera system sized to the station's footprint, with coverage of bays, doors, and exterior approaches. Recording was sized for the department's retention needs, and secure remote viewing was set up so officers can review footage from a phone.
Where it landed
The department has full visibility into its facility, a reliable record when something happens on the property, and a system that runs without day-to-day attention.
